CNC router
Delmac Machinery Group has added the
Jet Star to its Busellato Jet series of CNC
routers for nested-based machining.
The Star comes standard with a panel
evacuation device for off-line unload-
ing, four-way vector air jets designed to
nearly eliminate residual dust, HSK-F63
electrospindle, multi-spindle boring head
with 12 vertical drills, four horizontals
and a grooving saw and an eight-position linear tool changer.

Through-feed boring machine
An NC through-feeding boring machine,
the Bre.Ma. Vektor from Biesse America,
is able to sequentially drill, mill and rout
panels of varying dimensions (X/ Y/Z)
without manual intervention. It can route
and drill on all six sides of a panel and
insert hardware on five, suiting it to
processing a variety of components such
as case goods, doors and windows. The
Vektor line can be equipped with 10-po-
sition revolver units, independent spindle
units and insertion units.
