from BiesseEdge line. The Stream B1, a
single-sided edgebanding machine and
the Stream SB2 is a double-sided squaring and edgebanding machine. Stream
allows for a full range of machining
operations, with the ability to make quick
changes via PC front-end controls. High-precision control of the patented quick-change glue system, with high-speed
advance of the track while the multi-coil
( 2, 6, 12 or 24) banding material loading
device is in operation makes it possible
to instantly change machining operations. In the corner rounding process,
high-speed machining is achieved by an
innovative system of pneumatic cams,
while an eight-tool NC control cutter
head tool changer provides extreme flexibility. As with all BiesseEdge machines,
Stream is equipped with high-quality
Rotax electrospindle motors, developed
exclusively for Biesse by HSD to deliver
maximum quality and power in all machining operations.
